Our Technology Commitments (Virtual Care & AI Scribes)
Virtual Care: All clinical consultations are conducted over secure, encrypted, PHIPA-compliant video and audio platforms to protect your privacy from your home.
AI Scribing: Our practitioners may utilize secure, medically-optimized AI scribing tools during consultations to assist in generating accurate clinical notes for your EMR. These tools operate under strict data-isolation protocols, do not store your identifiable conversations, and do not use your data to train public models. All notes are fully reviewed and verified by your specialist.
