  • INDEPENDENT COMMUNITY CLINICS: RestoreHealth does not own, operate, physically manage, or supervise the brick-and-mortar community infusion clinics, hospital ambulatory clinics, or pharmacies where intravenous (IV) iron treatments are physically administered.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR TREATMENT ADMINISTRATION: Once our specialist network completes your virtual assessment and securely transmits your medical prescription and care plan to a verified community infusion provider, the physical administration of the medication, the insertion of the intravenous line, and the clinical monitoring during your appointment are governed entirely by the protocols, medical staff, and independent liability of that local physical facility. RestoreHealth is not liable for actions, omissions, or occurrences at independent physical treatment locations.

All final clinical notes are fully reviewed, edited, and medically verified by your treating specialist.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
